PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DO FREE RETURNS, RETURN CHARGES APPLY.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving the items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

 1. The item must still contain all the appropriate parts. For example, the item must have its tags attached, and is in its original package and the item is in the exact condition as it was received by the customer.
 2. The product is defective immediately upon receipt.
 3. A return will be processed within 7 working days if the conditions are met, and the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
 4. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to do the following to initiate the return process. 

Send an email to: hello@houseofmodoe.com

Make sure the email contains the following:
1. Order number
2. Reason for the return request
3. Photo of the product in its defective state
4. The first name and last name of the customer
5. The address of the customer

We will then contact you and give you the corresponding return address for your case. Please do not post the package to the sender, we will communicate to you the appropriate return address.

As already stated above, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

EU Customers Consumer's right of withdrawal/cancelation

The consumer within the EU has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activities.

Cancelation conditions.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has received or accepted the goods.

We work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed by customers. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process and a refund is not possible upon you receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform House of Modoe by a clear declaration through email, stating your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed when you return the goods to us and we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Shipments already in transit

Our goods are shipped from Asia, and there may be longer transit times, which we have no control over. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancelation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance about your desire to cancel your order.

Consequence of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs, and with the exception of additional costs resulting from you choosing a delivery mode other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. In order to guarantee you the fastest possible refund, we ask you to send us an authentic shipping confirmation document.

The refund will be made within fourteen days of us receiving the goods. We will use the same method of payment you used for the original transaction unless another method has been agreed upon with you.
